Cancellation and Refund Policy

Backendo Group LLP ("Backendo", "we", "us") sells its software and

services through Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our reseller

and Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller of record for all

purchases and handles billing, invoicing, and payment processing on

our behalf.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same term (monthly,

quarterly, or annually, as selected at purchase) until cancelled. You

can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at

the end of the current paid term, and you retain access until then.

Refunds: because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, refund requests are

handled under Paddle's own buyer terms and refund policy, available at

https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Outside of what

Paddle's policy provides, purchases are non-refundable, including for

partial or unused periods.
